  • Personal empowerment coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you overcome internal barriers and create meaningful change in your life.  It focuses on uncovering and addressing limiting beliefs, disempowering patterns and emotional blocks that may be holding you back. Through intentional inner work, personal empowerment coaching provides guidance, tools, and strategies to help you gain self-awareness, build confidence and navigate life's transitions with clarity and purpose.  It's about fostering growth, resilience and a stronger connection to yourself, so you can create a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with your true potential.

  • No!  Although I worked predominantly with women for several years, I also enjoy working with men.  In fact, I have been working with many men recently, both in coaching and Guided Inner Healing.

Practical Details

  • Yes, all coaching sessions are virtual.  All of my clients have found that remote sessions work extremely well in addition to saving them time.

  • Guided Inner Healing involves uncovering and addressing usually old internal beliefs, patterns and emotional blocks that often operate beneath the surface.  These unseen barriers can shape how you think, feel and act, sometimes keeping you stuck in unproductive cycles.  By gently shedding light, resolving and releasing them, you can create healing and positive change from the inside out.  This inner transformation leads to tangible results, such as improved decision making, healthier relationships, greater emotional resilience and the confidence to take meaningful action.  The shifts in mindset and behavior ripple outward, enabling you to achieve goals and build a life aligned with your values and aspirations.

Common Concerns & Confidentiality

  • Most people don’t feel “ready” before they start. Coaching isn’t about being ready, it’s about being willing.  If you’re feeling curious but also some fear, that’s a good sign you’re on the edge of a breakthrough.  Before you let the fear win, feel free to contact me first.  And a complimentary insight call will help you make an informed decision about what is right for you.

  • Several clients have shared that they were initially nervous about coaching.  One of the most common concerns is that they worried they would be pushed to do something they weren’t ready for or comfortable with.  This is never an issue because you set the goals and objectives that we work on, and the speed at which you progress.

    My objective is for you to always feel better at the end of a coaching session and to experience at least one big ah-ha moment.  Our work together is also collaborative, motivating and enlightening.  You determine what you want to achieve and it’s my job to support, motivate, encourage, challenge and inspire you with new perspectives, tools, strategies, thoughts and healing modalities.

  • Information that you provide will be kept strictly confidential.  I will not release any information about you or our work together without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.

  • Coaching is not therapy.  Our work together will be coaching, not counseling or psychotherapy.  Therapy or psychotherapy is a health care service that diagnoses and treats mental health concerns.  Coaching is intended for well-functioning individuals who want to take action and make behavior changes in the service of their goals for work and life.

  • Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health concerns, exploring past experiences and working toward emotional healing under the guidance of licensed mental health professionals.  While there may be some overlap, my coaching takes a different approach.  It is future-focused and emphasizes personal growth, self-discovery and actionable strategies to move forward.  A key part of my work is uncovering and addressing subconscious blocks, those deeply rooted beliefs, patterns or emotions that may be holding you back from progress or fulfillment.  Through this intentional inner work, I guide clients to heal emotional wounds, release limiting barriers and create meaningful change in their lives.  Coaching empowers you to embrace new opportunities and transform from the inside out.
