Group coaching follows a similar process as One-on-One Coaching. The difference is that our time together and focus will be split among the participants. However, you will have the opportunity to learn through others. Group coaching also offers the added bonus of being a part of a group of like minded individuals, sharing their successes and missteps, but most importantly supporting and celebrating each other on their journeys.
